Step 1 — Generate an invite link
From your admin panel, create an invite by entering the person's email and selecting the role you want them to have (subcontractor, main contractor, adjudicator, or regulator). SOPO Shield+ generates a unique, secure link you can copy and share.
Step 2 — Share it any way you like
There's no email infrastructure to configure. Send the link over WhatsApp, email, or any channel your team already uses. When the recipient opens it, they see a personalised "You've been invited" prompt and their role is pre-selected automatically.
Step 3 — Manage pending and active users
The admin panel shows the status of every invite: Pending until it's opened, Accepted once the person completes sign-up. This makes it easy to see who's onboarded and who still needs a nudge.
